What is Beat The Challenge?
Beat The Challenge (BTC) creates an opportunity for people to accomplish goals that may seem too challenging or not as fun to take on alone. There are no cinnamon challenges here! There are only challenges that promote health or can be of benefit to people's lives and communities. By leveraging social media outlets to stay connected, the aim is to create a network of support and encouragement, inspire people to take on challenges of all sizes, and to overcome obstacles together!
How does it work?
We encourage challenges both large and small. From training and running in a marathon, to completing a three day juice cleanse. We collect your ideas via email or in the comments section of the BTC YouTube channel, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook page. We choose the most popular challenges that we can realistically attempt, then set the guidelines. We create challenges too! If there is something we think is fun and would like to try, we will take you on that journey with us. It truly is a collaborative effort.

But the challenge is always finding a way to fit in time for the things we really want to accomplish, right? Let's encourage each other!
Why was BTC created?
There are so many goals that people, including us here at BTC, want to accomplish in life. However work, school, pets, kids, and honestly sometimes just pure laziness take over our will to be proactive. It's often easier and more fun knowing that there is someone taking on the same challenge as you. We wanted to create a realm of positivity and encouragement to help people achieve goals of all sizes.
